- Provide leadership for effective strategic IT vision and tactical planning in the use of technology
- Develop, enhance, and manage the Chitimacha Tribe’s networks to provide high speed, transparent, and highly functional connectivity among all information resources
- Provide fast, reliable and secure access to all information systems
- Provide effective technology support
- Improve and implement appropriate hardware and software
